time-lock holding 1,638,699.09 SLP — 99.99% of all LP tokens backing the
FBAC/ARB pool — locked until December 13, 2026, with additional LP
lockable at any time without disturbing the entry. The project treasury
holds 651,042,221.34 FBAC (65.1% of supply) in a smart-contract vault
under a hard 180-day time-lock expiring December 29, 2026; even the
deployer cannot withdraw early, and the vault's reflections accrue to
